Questions about the bill.
What counts as a quote request?
One priced part for one buyer: the first successful price of a file in a session. A buyer changing quantity, quality or material re-prices from geometry already measured and does not count again. Neither does viewing the part, or a page that shows the widget without anyone using it.
What happens if I go over on Free?
Past the quota the widget keeps working and switches to taking enquiries: the price is hidden and the request lands in your inbox for you to price. A buyer never sees an error.
What happens if I go over on Starter?

What happens if I go over on Growth?
Past the quota, extra requests are billed at €0.12 per 10 on the next invoice.
What happens if I go over on Pro?
Past the quota, extra requests are billed at €0.09 per 10 on the next invoice.
Do you take a percentage of my orders?
No. Quotometry is priced on quote requests, never on what you charge your customers. You quote your own buyers on your own site; the price of the tool does not depend on how good you are at your job.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, and the change is prorated. Moving down is allowed as long as you are inside the smaller plan’s quotas: the console tells you what you would have to remove first rather than deleting anything for you.
What happens to my configurations if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the shop moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Configurations are versioned JSON documents you can export at any time, and the export is the same document the engine reads.
Is there a discount for makerspaces and universities?
Yes. Ask us through the contact page; member-based shops usually run one configuration per department or cost code.
